A trade account enables you to order directly from LeisureGrow as a registered business customer. Once your account is approved, you’ll have full access to the complete suite of trade catalogues—available to view online or download—featuring comprehensive information on products, collections, dimensions, and technical specifications.
Showrooms
Trade customers are invited to visit the LeisureGrow showrooms in Hertfordshire. Advance registration is required prior to booking an appointment. Spanning more than 2,000 m², the showrooms provide an inspiring, purpose-built environment where trade partners can explore the full product range and experience the quality, design, and craftsmanship firsthand.
Business Support
A trade account gives you access to dedicated support channels, including specialist contacts for enquiries and, where applicable, priority handling of orders and technical queries. In addition, our in-house marketing team is on hand to provide expert guidance and strategic support—helping you position and promote LeisureGrow products to achieve maximum sales potential.
Pricing
Although specific pricing isn’t publicly displayed, trade accounts offer business pricing, bulk ordering terms, minimum order quantities, and clearer commercial terms (e.g., payment terms and delivery options). This helps you manage margins and supply chains effectively.
Point-of-Sale
Trade customers are granted full, unlimited access to our image and video assets via our online portal, allowing them to use this content freely across their marketing channels. Where possible, we also provide point-of-sale support to help maximise in-store presentation and showcase purchased products to their full potential.
Distribution
We operate one of the largest distribution facilities in East Anglia (covering an area of over 10 acres). The centre is designed to support high-volume logistics operations, ensuring that your products are processed efficiently and delivered promptly.
